 Slide in the Ø1” - 4” long pin through to H-frames and beam. The welded tab should face the 

outside of the lift. A rubber mallet may be used to tap the pin through. Use the button head bolts 
and lock washers to secure the pin assemblies to the H-Frame assembly.

5-D)

 After the H-Frames are installed, use the 3/4” wrenches to tighten the 1/2” hardware holding 

the cross beam in place, torque to 56 ft-lbs (as seen in step 4-C). Once those are tight, use the 9/16” 
wrenches to tighten the 3/8” hardware clamping the main beams to the end beams and torque to 
23 ft-lbs (as seen in step 4-D).
