9.1.
Clipping And Declipping - Connect Rail To Sleeper
1. Setup the machine on the rail with the arms placed on either side of the rail. Connect the
power unit according to assembly instructions. Connect the hydraulic hoses (make sure
that they are clean prior to connection). Ensure that you are using correct claws and arms.
2. Press the button (1) once to power up the drive unit.
3. Press the activation button (3) once to activate the tool.
4. Lift the machine slightly and move the tool along the rail so that the arms are positioned
correctly next to the clips.
5. Press and hold the run button (2) to drive the clipping tool motion.
6. Simultaniously press hold the activation button (3) and the run button (2) to return the arms
to their original position.
7. Repeat steps 3-5 for the next clip.
