18.6  To Remove Pressure Relief Valve, Flow Switch and Air Purge Valve 

 

 

 

  When reinstall Flow Switch, ensure the arrow on the flow switch is parallel with the pipe shaft and is facing in 

the direction of flow. 
 

  During reinstall Air Purge Valve. 

 

 

 

18.7  To Remove Water Pump 

 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 

1. Remove 2 retaining rings.

4. Turn the flow switch anti-clockwise

then remove Flow Switch.

2. Pull down to remove

water hose.

3. Pull outward to remove

Pressure Relief Valve.

5. Turn the Air Purge Valve

anti-clockwise then remove.

Air Purge Valve

Pressure Relief Valve

Flow Switch

Packing

Apply some water based grease
on packing surface before fix
with shut off valve.

Make sure plug is fully close
in clockwise direction.

3. Remove 2 retaining rings, then pull

out the Water Pump.

2. Remove 2 screws from the water pump.

1. Disconnect CN-PUMP2 from

electronic controller.
