Trunk Queuing
(All Versions)
Description
If all outside lines in a Trunk Group are busy, the system can call you when a
line becomes free. Simply pick up the handset and dial the telephone number
when the Trunk Callback alert tone rings.
Operation
To set Trunk Queuing:
1. Press
the
ON/OFF
key.
2. Press the CO line key or dial a trunk access code.
The phone issues busy tone.
3. Press
“2.”
“In CO Queuing” appears on the display.
4. Press
the
ON/OFF
key.
5. Wait for the Trunk Callback alert tone.
To respond to the Trunk Callback alert tone:
Pick up the handset.
• The outside line is automatically accessed.
• The phone issues dial tone.
• “CO TALK #XX” (where “XX” is the line number) appears on the display.
