To Save a Message 

– While the message is displayed, double click the 

POWER

 

switch and the save message indicator (

) flashes.  Click the

 

POWER

 

switch to save.  Up to 6 messages can be saved.

 

To Delete a Message 

- While message is displayed, double click the

 

POWER

 

switch the save message indicator (

)

 

appears.  Double click again and the 

delete message indicator (

)

 

flashes.  Click to delete or double click to 

cancel.  Saved messages can also be deleted.

 

Deleting All Messages 

-

 

From standby click the

 

POWER

 

switch until memory 

used screen appears.  Double click the 

POWER

 

switch, 

ALL DELETE

 

will 

flash in display.  Click the 

POWER

 

switch to delete or double click to 

cancel.

 

Reviewing Messages 

- From standby, click the

 

POWER

 

switch to view latest 

message.  Click the 

POWER

 

switch repeatedly to view earlier messages.  

The last screen will show memory used. The time in the upper left hand 
corner shows the elapsed time between the message being received and 
the message being viewed.  Continue to press the

 

POWER

 

switch to view 

messages, if a

 

message came in on a different channel, then the channel 

number will display in the upper left hand corner instead of the elapsed 
time.
