11.2.3.4. INFO CODE=021

"INFO CODE=021" means that the FAN does not run or the running of the FAN cannot be detected normally.
The running of the FAN is detected by IC300-AC20 and W24pin. 
After repairing, copy. If “INFO CODE=021“ is displayed, check again.

After the LCD indicates "INFO CODE=021" , turn the power OFF/ON.

Replace the FAN.

Check IC300,
