Mask Cleaning
When you choose this on “Production config menu”, the cleaning unit is connected with the board
holder.
This is used to clean the mask.
UNLOCK
+ Cleaning 1 round
Cleans the back of mask by moving the mask
cleaning unit back and forth once.
UNLOCK
+ Cleaning 2 round
Cleans the back of mask by moving the mask
cleaning unit back and forth twice. For wet
cleaning, use this mode.
This can be used when the data has been set.
UNLOCK
+ Escape XY-table
Retracts the X-Y table to the inner side. This is
used for manually cleaning the back of the
mask.
UNLOCK
+ Send out air of solvent
Bleeds the pipe to send cleaning solvent of air.
Use this function when the machine has been
stopped for a long time, because the solvent
has vaporized.

Counter Reset
This is used to reset cleaning count and paste count (solder dispense count).
Cleaning count reset
Pressing Reset resets cleaning count to the
data set in cleaning data.
Paste count reset
Pressing Reset resets cleaning count to the
data set in count data.
