Board Transport
This is used to perform transporting board in, transporting it to the board holder and transporting it
out to the next process.
The location of the board on the conveyor is displayed in green during the transfer. While it is being
transported, its image at the end position is blinking. When it has been transported, the color of its
image at the start position will turn off and is displayed at the end position.
UNLOCK
+ Carry in
Transports the board in from the previous
process to the conveyor (left). Ready signal is
transmitted to the previous process.
UNLOCK
+ Load
Transports the board from the conveyor (left) to
the board holder.
UNLOCK
+ Unload
Transports the board from the board holder to
the conveyor (right).
UNLOCK
+ Carry out
Transports the board from the conveyor (right)
out to the next process.
UNLOCK
+ Positioning action
Performs only the board positioning motion.
UNLOCK
+ Rear
Moves the board holder to the rear side.
UNLOCK
+ Front
Moves the board holder to the front side.
UNLOCK
+
Clamps/Releases the board when the board
holder has been moved to the front or rear
side.
