2-1-6 Camera
The offset and magnification of mask recognition camera and board recognition camera are
displayed.
Camera offset on board side
The distance from the origin of X-Y table to the
rotating center of it is set. The offset can be got
by teaching.
Camera magnification on board side
The magnification of camera on board side is
set. It is displayed as the distance per a pixel.
It can be got by teaching.
Camera offset on mask side
The deviation of recognition camera for the
board recognition camera is corrected.
It can be got by the tip of jig viewed from the
camera on board using camera origin jig and
the hit mark by that jig viewed from the mask
side. Camera offset is got by teaching.
Camera magnification on mask side
The camera magnification on mask side is set.
It can be got by teaching.
2-1-7 Other Offset
The offset of mask holder, clearance offset, and board thickness is set.
Mask holder offset
The offset for slight print deviation after mask
recognition is set.
Clearance offset
The clearance offset which is set for printing is
set.
The offset decreases by a positive value.
Board thickness offset
Set the offset of under holder axis for the board
thickness in board positioning is set.
A positive offset raises the supports.
