This unit is for moving the board to the position for recognition or print.

Remove the cover a and b.

Cover a 4 bolts

Cover b 4 bolts

Remove the cover of X-axis sliding to the left
and right, and the cover of Y-axis to the front
and rear.

Clean and lubricate the linear bearing
and ball screw.
[Oil : ALBANIA 2]

1.Y-axis linear bearing

Lubricate the sliding unit.

2.X-axis linear bearing

Lubricate the sliding unit.

3.Y-axis ball screw

Apply grease to the ball screw

4.X-axis ball screw

Apply grease to the ball screw.

After lubricating, set the cover re-
moved at the procedure 1.
