1. Set to PINP mode, and then set PARENT PICTURE to UHF/VHF TUNER/TV
DEMODULATOR 2 UNIT input.
("-T" is displayed on the screen.)
2. Supply a Monoscope Pattern Signal to the Antenna Input Terminal.
3. Connect the Oscilloscope to TP50 on the CRT C.B.A.
(Use TP47 for GND.)
4. Select SUB BRIGHT and move the shaded area to the value in EVR adjustment
mode.
5. Adjust the FOCUS CONTROL (F1) on the Flyback Transformer so that the vertical
line is the sharpest.
Then, adjust FOCUS CONTROL (F2) on the Flyback Transformer so that the
horizontal line is the sharpest.
6. Select SW1, R CUT and B CUT in EVR adjustment mode.
Then after making a note of the original value and adjust as follows.
SW1= "00"
R CUT= "050"
B CUT= "050"
7. Turn the SCREEN CONTROL on the Flyback Transformer fully counterclockwise.
8. Select SUB BRIGHT and move the shaded area to the data in EVR adjustment
mode.
9. Press DISPLAY key on the remote control for collapse scan. (Refer to HOW TO
ENTER SERVICE MODE.)
