10 Troubleshooting Guide
10.1. Service check
1. Press and hold Power switch button.
2. Press and hold both the "Wash" and "Rinse" buttons with one hand.
i.e. Press and hold those three buttons simultaneously.
3. Release your fingers from the buttons.
After three seconds it's turn into check process "A".
4. Press the "Wash" button within three seconds, you can be select your desire Check process on by one.

• The buzzer beeps 3 times, LED blinks "888"
simultaneously.
And system will be turns off automatically.
• If controller have malfunction, LED display indicate
"002".

Panel display : "Wash "blinks, LED display"6"
(6 minutes) and then count down by one minute unit.
• Performs Wash process for 6 minutes, even if there
is no water in the dram.
• Pressing "Rinse "button once, can be perform of
electric continuity check of Feed valve for softener.
• Pressing "Rinse "button 3 times, it will back to the
Wash operation.
• If controller have malfunction, LED display indicate
"H05".

Lid lock switch

Panel display : "Spin"blinks, LED display"7"(7 minutes)
and then count down by one minute unit.
• Locks the Lid, performs Spin operation for 7
minutes.
• Perform a electric continuity check of Lid lock
switch.
When Lid lock switch "OFF" : "Times" LED will be
illuminate

• "d0"performs Dry
operation and "d1"
perform thermistor
calibration.
• "d0"and "d1"can
be change over by
pressing "Rinse"
button
Press "Start/Pause"
button for operation
start.

The data are displayed by a number in LED display
during pressing below buttons.
• [Spin] Displays temperature(Deg.C) for Exhaust air
sensor(Th1).
• [Dry] Displays temperature(Deg.C) for Inlet air
sensor(Th2 ).
• [Time] Displays temperature(Deg.C) for Hot air
sensor(Th3 ).
• When heater On condition, "Auto"sign lights up.
d0
• Performs Dry operation for 10 minutes and then
count down by one minute unit.
Locks the Lid, performs the stirring operation, and
turns on the Heater, circulation fan and cooling fan.
(Drain valve(valve unit) always open. )
d1
• Performs Dry operation for 4 minutes and then
count down by one minutes unit.
Locks the door, performs circulation fan and cooling
fan turns on.
During this operation, Sensors done calibration by
scheduled measurement of Exhaust air sensor(Th1)
and Inlet air sensor(Th2).
After the calibration job finished, Service Check will
switch from "D" to "F" automatically.
