Be careful not to stain the belt with grease, in greasing.

Remained grease worsens the belt early.

Main parts requiring lubrication

Lubricating the linear bearing

Move the sliding unit to the edge.

Clean the old grease.

Lubricate.

a.Grease nipple is on the sliding unit

Grease through the grease nipple with a
grease gun.

b.Without the grease nipple

Directly apply grease to the groove of rail. It is
unnecessary to apply it to other place.

Move the sliding unit slowly at full
stroke.

Lubricate the ball screw alike.
