Replacing the Consumable Parts

Replacing the Battery

The lithium battery is used for each backup type of this machine.

Battery type and purpose to use

Replacing procedures of battery

1) Turn off the battery.
2) Remove 4 screws, and open the front door of CPU box.
3) Remove two screws at the upper and lower parts of throttle, and pull out the board from the

throttle.

4) Remove the solder of battery on the board, and take away the battery.
5) Solder not to make mistake of setting the anode and cathode of new battery.
6) Insert the board to the inner part of throttle completely, and fix it with 2 screws.
7) Turn on the power, and read all data saved. Keep on turning on the power for charge for a long

time.

NOTICE

Make sure of saving the machine data, machine parameter, and recognition data
to the floppy disk before the operation to change.
