3-3 Setting the Board Under Holder
The following three types are available for the board under holder, and the under holder set de-
pends upon each board type. Set the under holder for each board to use.
a) Board under holder pin (optional) ----------- The board is supported by pins. Use this for boards for
dual side mounting.
b) Board block --------------------------------------- The board is supported by the plate block. Use this for
boards for the single side mounting.
c) Board pickup box and plate (optional) ----- The board is supported by the vacuum pickup. Use
this for pin positioning, or such boards as ceramic and
thin card type.

Set necessary matrix plates for each
board size.
• The width of a plate is as follows.
Plate for fixed side --------------- 38 mm
Middle plate ------------------------ 40 mm
Plate for movable side ----------- 30 mm
• As for the nearest plates to the conveyor on the
movable and fixed sides, set each plate only
for that side.
