Recording Company Messages
6.7.5 Recording Voice Labels for Mailbox Lists
Up to 20 mailbox distribution group lists can be created by
the System Administrator. You can either record or erase
the name of each list.

Log in the main command menu.

to record labels for the mailbox lists.

Enter the mailbox list number to be labeled.

The VPS plays the current label. Press

to change the
label.
If you have not recorded a voice label for this mailbox list,
go to step 7.

You can record other mailbox list labels by repeating steps
4 to 8.
Tip:
Step 6 –
You can erase the label by pressing [2].
Step 7 –
You have up to 6 minutes for recording.
Step 8 –
You can review the recording by pressing [1], record a new one
by pressing [3], add recording by pressing [4], or erase and exit
by pressing [
].
6.7.6 Recording User Prompts
To support the Multi-Lingual service in your VPS, you have
to record the “User 1 Prompt” or the “User 2 Prompt”.
Once the recorded prompts have been saved in the personal
computer with the command “SAVE” via RS-232C, it is
possible to restore them with the command “LOAD” in the
VPS at any time (see Utility Commands in Chapter 7).

The list of modifiable prompts and prompt numbers appear
at the end of this chapter.
