Error

Recording was too short. Try again.
Memory Full

The phonebook memory is full. Erase unwanted entries
(page 21).

The call block list memory is full. Erase unwanted entries
(page 31).

The maximum number of base units (4) is already registered
to the handset. Cancel unused base unit registrations from
the handset (page 35).
Use
rechargeable
battery.

A wrong type of battery such as alkaline or manganese was
inserted. Use only the rechargeable Ni-MH batteries noted on
page 4, 7.
You must first
subscribe
to Caller ID.

You must subscribe to a Caller ID service. Once you receive
caller information after subscribing to a Caller ID service, this
message will not be displayed.
Troubleshooting
If you still have difficulties after following the instructions in this section, disconnect the base unit’s
AC adaptor and turn off the handset, then reconnect the base unit’s AC adaptor and turn on the
handset.
