11. What is the best way for an outside caller to reach a destination extension in the

system?

The system needs to be in Automated Attendant mode, which allows an outside caller to
ring one of its extensions at a time when the call comes in.

The outside caller should press [0, #] to speak to the operator if the caller does not know
the destination extension number. Operator may transfer the call to the destination
extension provided the extension is not busy. When the destination extension is busy, the
operator can give the caller the destination extension number then guide the caller to
leave a message by pressing the VOICE MAIL button on the base unit and then hang up
the line. (Caller will then hear, on his/her phone, an instruction on how to leave a
message for the busy destination extension).

12. What is the maximum number of Mailboxes the system can have?
