Description/Function
Specifies whether or not the system checks the user-dialled " " and
"#" during Toll Restriction procedure.
Note
• This assignment is required for certain Central Offices (COs)
to prevent toll fraud.
Some Central Offices ignore the user-dialled " " and "#." If
your CO is such a type, select "No check."
