Description
Assigns a name for each voice mail port.
Selection
• Voice Mail (VM) number: 01 through 08
• Name: 10 characters (max.)
Default
VM01: V.Mail 01, VM02: V.Mail 02, VM03: V.Mail 03, VM04: V.Mail 04, VM05: V.Mail 05,
VM06: V.Mail 06, VM07: V.Mail 07, VM08: V.Mail 08
Programming
1.
Enter 014.
Display: 014 VM PORT NAME
2.
Press NEXT.
Display: VM NO?
3.
Enter a VM number.
To enter VM number 01, you can also press NEXT.
Display example: VM01:V.Mail 01
4.
Enter a name.
For entering characters, see Section 1.4 Entering Characters.
To delete the current entry, press CLEAR.
To change the current entry, press CLEAR and enter the new name.
Display example: VM01:Voice No.1
5.
Press STORE.
6.
To program another voice mail port, press NEXT or PREV, or SELECT and the desired
voice mail number.
7.
Repeat steps 4 through 6.
8.
Press END.
