3.36 Feeding Speed

This function is set to the slow mode when thin paper, badly creased paper, fragile
paper, etc. is to be scanned by ADF. In the slow mode, documents are fed at about
one-half of the speed in the Normal mode. The image quality in the slow mode is no
different from the Normal mode.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
•

At a resolution above 400dpi, the paper is fed at the same speed as in the Normal
mode even if the slow mode has been specified.

•

This function cannot be used with flatbed scanning.

ISIS configuration method

Select the speed from the [Feeding Speed] list box in the [Advanced Settings]
dialog box.
