6 Basic Operations

6.1 Turning ON/OFF the unit's power

For details about operation panel, refer to "5 Operation Panel" (page 20).

Turning ON the unit's power

Press the power button ( ).

•

If the unit's power is turned on while the feed tray is closed, the feed tray will open automatically.

•

When turning on the unit's power, the exit tray will move up or down depending on the scanner's
status.
