8.1.6.1 Common File Counter
For "Sequence ID" used in the output image file name, different counter values are used for each
destination. You can use a common counter value for all destinations by using "Common File Counter".
1.
Touch the icon (
) on the home screen.
2.
Touch [Function Setting].
3.
Touch the icon (
) until [Common File Counter] is displayed.
4.
Specify the [Common File Counter] setting.
•
On: Use the "Common File Counter" function
•
Off: Do not use the "Common File Counter" function
5.
Specify the [Starting File Counter] setting.
•
On: Display the input counter screen when scanning starts. The value entered on the input counter
screen will be used as "Sequence ID".
•
Off: Do not display the input counter screen. The counter is increased automatically.
6.
Specify the [Next Count] setting.
The counter value for "Sequence ID" is applied to the next scan.
