Using the Conversion Assist Function
Changing the Conversion Assist Function setting
Set whether or not to use the video camera function when converting the file format.

Select [Tools]
→
[Settings] from the
menu.

Select [Movie] and change the settings.
[Use the conversion assist function of the video camera]:
The processing is faster than when processing with the
computer only. The video camera and AC adapter are
required.
[Process using only the software on the computer if the
conversion assist function is not available]:
Select when the video camera and AC adapter are not
available. Note that the processing takes some time.

When [OK] is clicked, the settings are
applied and the window is closed.
Tips
●
The Conversion Assist Function does not support MP4/iFrame motion
pictures.
