2.3.4 About security
• In order to prevent invasion of third parties into the network, the security measures provided
by this product are as follows.

Only the terminal adaptors registered with the same shared key as the master adaptor
can connect to the network.

Data is protected by the AES 128-bit encryption method. However, it does not guarantee
security against interception by a third party.
•
This product has no firewall function. Therefore, when connecting to the Internet and using it,
we recommend that you configure security settings for routers, PCs, and other devices.
• If you do not change the password of the product from the factory default value, unintended
configuration changes may be done by a third party.

Be sure to set the password before use.

Do not set a password that can be easily inferred.

Do not use the same password for other purposes.

Please make sure the password is not known to others.

Change the password periodically.
