Turn on the wireless switch [WIRELESS]. Please use LAN or WIRELESS LAN. Don’t use WiMAX or
WIRELESS WAN.

If you use “Quick Boot Manager” on Windows 7, please uninstall the application before upgrading.
Step2: Backup Important Data
You should back up files that you created in the hard drive to a safe location (to external media – external hard drive,
memory card, re-writable DVD and so on), before upgrading to Windows 10.
Some settings for the applications on Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 may not be succeeded. Please write down the
necessary settings before upgrading, and set up the necessary settings again after setting up Windows 10 and the
applications for Windows 10.
Step3: Upgrade to Windows 10
Note: Make sure to follow the restrictions below until all of the procedure finishes.
- The AC adaptor should be connected and the fully charged battery pack should be inserted.
- Any peripheral equipment should not be connected unless instruction tells to do so.
- Please execute Windows Update before starting upgrade procedure.
(In case Windows8.1)
Open Charm, then enter PC setting screen by selecting [Settings] -> [Change PC Settings].
-> [Update and recovery] -> [Windows Update], click [Check now], to check if there are any updates.
Click [View details] and install all important updates.
(In case Windows7)
Click [Control Panel] -> [System and security]-> [Windows Update].
Confirm the update programs. Follow the displayed instructions.
You may be required to click [Finish] or to restart PC.
-Upgrade to Windows 10 in accordance with the instruction on Web page of Microsoft Windows 10 .
Step4: Download the programs for update and extracting to the hard drive
1)
Download the update programs for your PC from the Support Web, and save them to the hard drive or
external media (e.g. external hard drive, memory card, rewritable DVD and so on).
The files are different depending on the model.
Please download the files of the corresponding model on the download page of each model.
# There is a program to be downloaded only models with a target Wireless WAN module.
[How to confirm that the machine has the target Wireless WAN module (MC7355(US) / EM7355(US))]

Open [Dashboard for Panasonic PC] and select [Basic] page.
2)
Launch [PC Info Viewer] .
3)
Select [Setup] tab of [PC Information Viewer].
4)
Check the value of “Wireless WAN ID”
