Requesting a Relayed Transmission from a Computer

Requesting a Relayed transmission, fill the field in your mailer that corresponds to the destination (To) 
in the following manner:

Sample entry:

When Relayed transmission completes, a communication journal is emailed to the initial sending station, and a 
Fax Relay log is emailed to the administrator computer that is pre-programmed in “

(exchange) or similar equipment, enter a hyphen (-) in place of the fax number.
