Add One Digit (Future Use)
Description
Add the leading node number to a call received over a
network trunk group trunk. This is used when connecting to
a non-DBS PBX.

Options
0=
No node number added
1=Add the node number to beginning of the digits received.
Notes
It is preferable that the non-DBS PBX dial the node number
if possible. This allows calls throughout the network.

Description
Determines if a flash key press during a network call results
in a hookflash or release and reseizeT1 line.
