1-3. Preparations for Adjustment
1-3-1. Connection for EVR Adjustment
1. Remove the Cassette Cover ass’y and the Side Case
(L) ass’y.
2. Connect a communication cable (9-pin cross cable) as
shown bellow with the camera recorder and the PC
(Microsoft
®
Excel should be installed) power off. The
9-pin connector is located on the left side of the
camera recorder.
3. Set the rotary switch under the 9-pin connector to “2”
(for CAMERA adjustment) or “6” (for VTR adjustment).
4. Turn on the power of PC and the Camera-recorder.
1-3-2. Menu Setting
Procedures for Electrical Adjustment premised that the MENU settings were original (factory standard) setting.
Before adjustment, save the data of user settings for setup card and return the menus settings to the factory standard settings.
After complete the adjustment, load the data from the setup card.
For detail operation, refer to “Setup card operations” of Operating Instructions.
