each axis in this area. In case of interpolation,
each axis belongs to any group 1 to 32. For
example, the axes 1, 2 and 3 belong to group
1 and are 3-axis interpolation, set the
corresponding 3 bits to on (1) in the
interpolation axis setting of group 1.
In the case of single axis independent setting,
set the corresponding bits to off (0).
Maximum number of interpolation axis per
group is 3. The same axis cannot be set in
more than one group.
