Connect Power to a PA-5200 Series
Firewall
PA-5200 Series firewalls have either two AC or two DC power supplies (the second
power supply is for redundancy). The firewall requires a 100-240VAC (50-60 Hz) or
-40 to -60VDC power source, depending on the type of power supplies installed in the
firewall (AC or DC).For more details on power requirements and power consumpon,
see PA-5200 Series Electrical Specificaons .
The power configuraon (AC or DC) can be changed in the field. However, the firewall cannot have
both an AC and DC power supply installed at the same me.
