Preferences
Opens a dialog box where you can choose Contacts display
options.
Remember Last Category.
Determines how Contacts appears
when you return to it from another application. If you select this
check box, Contacts shows the last category you selected. If you
deselect it, Contacts displays the All category.
Rename Custom
Fields
These custom fields appear at the end of the Contacts Edit
screen. Rename them to identify the kind of information you
enter in them. The names you give the custom fields appear in
all contacts.
You can use these custom fields to track additional information
in your Contacts records, such as names of spouses, children, or
any other details.
