General
The following tools are needed to transport and mount this crane model (PSM1200):
1. Set of wrenches:
• Set of hexagonal recess wrenches (6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 16mm, 20mm).
•
Set of ratchets including socket wrench (17mm, 19mm, 22mm, 24mm, 27mm, 32mm, 36mm, 41mm).
• Open-end and box wrench (17mm, 19mm, 22mm, 24mm, 27mm, 32mm, 36mm, 41mm).
2. Torque spanner for tightening torques according to table (next page).
3. Voltmeter for voltage checks.
4. Manometer (pressure range 400 bar), recommended for trouble shooting.
5. Grease gut to lubricate the system. Grease nipples according to DIN 71412.
6. Various tools:
• Set of open-end wrenches.
•
Set of box wrenches.
• Sets of both slotted and Phillips screwdrivers.
•
500 g hammer.
• 10 kg hammer.
•
Set of power tools.
• 2 brushes or paint-roller.
• Spatula.
7. Appropriate lifting equipment (mobile loader crane) and various lifting straps.
8. Grease for crane lubrication paint:
• Primer code
•
Top paint
9. Wax for preventive measures
