Maintenance
Regular maintenance of the device extends the service life and improves
operational reliability.
NOTICE
Device damage due to unsuitable cleaning agent
Using an unsuitable cleaning agent will damage the device.

Use only isopropyl to purge the device

Never use acids, aromatic or chlorinated hydrocarbons

Do not use cleaning additives (such as dishwashing detergent, etc.)
Purging device
Purge the device with isopropyl after every use.
Proceed as follows:
1.
Unscrew the glass bottle and remove it from the device
2.
Empty the glass bottle
3.
Pour max. 80 ml of working fluid into the glass bottle
4.
Screw the glass bottle into the device
5.
Switch on the device ans allow it to run for 15 minutes
on “High” at setpoint 100 %
6.
Switch off the device
7.
Empty the isopropyl out of the glass bottle
8.
Allow all components to dry
Cleaning housing
You can wipe the outside of the device with a damp cloth. Only use water for
cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Maintenance by the manufacturer
Maintenance interval
There is a sticker on the side of the device. The label states when
maintenance needs to be performed on the device. The manufacturer
recommends that maintenance be performed on an annual basis.
Maintenance tasks
Maintenance tasks are carried out by the manufacturer. Contact the
manufacturer to schedule a date. Then send the device to the manufacturer.
