Cleaning phases
First hose the milk residues out of the milk vessel
To guarantee a sufficiently clean tank, clean it in three phases as described below:

Description

Rinse the tank with warm water for 2 minutes.

Clean the tank with hot water and a cleaning agent for 12 minutes. The water temperature
required depends on the type of cleaning agent.

check the instructions on the drum for each cleaning product

Rinse the tank with cold water for 2 minutes.
4
Rinse the tank a second time with cold water for 2 minutes. (If applicable use a desinfectant)
