The air intake vents are located on the right side.

The PL-1000RO is designed to comply with the electromagnetic compatibility 
(EMC) requirements of Sub Part J of FCC Rules, Part 15, for Class A electronic 
equipment and additional applicable standards.   
To meet these standards, the following conditions are necessary:

The PL-1000RO must be connected to a low resistance grounding system.

PL-1000RO units are intended for installation in 19-inch or 23-inch racks or

)). The software necessary for using the terminal is stored in the 

PL-1000RO.
