MEASure:LOGger:STATe?
Description
Returns the state of the measurement data logging process as a
number as follows:
0 – Stopped
1 – Running
2 – Paused

Command Syntax
MEASure:LOGger:LIMit <cr>
Description
Sets the number of samples to get. Once the logging process reach this
limit it will stop.If the limit is set as OFF or 0 it will not stop unless
MEAS:LOG:STOP is executed.
The limit can be specified as a number of samples or in seconds if a
character “S” is added to the number. If the limit is passed as seconds,
the command will compute the number of samples based on the
logging rate. The formula is: number of samples = seconds / rate.
The rate can be set with:
MEASure:LOGger:RATE <nr1>
or queried with:
MEASure:LOGger:RATE?.

XS where X is a time limit in seconds
X where X is the limit in number of samples

Command Syntax
MEASure:LOGger:FILELimit <nr1>
Description
Sets the limit of samples to save in the file. If the limit is reached and
the logging process continues, a new file will be created.
