Impedance Programming Commands
These commands control the output impedance of the power source. The programmable
output impedance is defined by a resistive component ( R ) and and inductive component ( L
).
Note:
To enable the programmable impedance function, the output of the power source
must be turned
OFF
first. Trying to enable this function while the output is ON will
result in an error message.
Command Syntax
[SOURce:]IMPEDance[:R]
Description
This command sets the R value for the output impedance. Available
programming range depends on the mode (Real-time or RMS).

This command return the maximum allowable setting value for the R
component of the output impedance.

This command return the minimum allowable setting value for the R
