TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS
1. If the scrub head is not working when
lowered, be aware that BatteryShield
®
intentionally disables the scrub
head when the batteries need water.
Refer to the BATTERYSHIELD
®
AUTOMATIC WET BATTERY
PROTECTION SYSTEM section of
this manual.
2. For machines equipped with
BatteryShield
®
, refer to the optional
BATTERYSHIELD
®
sections of this
diagram and the BATTERYSHIELD
®
AUTOMATIC WET BATTERY
PROTECTION SYSTEM section prior
to proceeding.
3. If a yellow LED is flashing on the battery
charger, verify continuity between the
charger and the battery pack. Refer to the
ON-BOARD CHARGER section of this
manual.
4. A circuit breaker is designed to prevent
overloading a component/system. If a
circuit breaker continues to trip, verify
the system is not being overloaded or that
a wire is not chaffed creating a short-
circuit.
