Preventative Maintenance
Schedule
The following list provides recommended
maintenance tasks and intervals that
should be performed for PACCAR PX
series engines.
Perform maintenance at whichever interval
occurs first. At Maintenance Schedule
Intervals, perform all previous maintenance
checks that are due for scheduled
maintenance.
NOTE
When using Biodiesel of any descrip-
tion, reduce the maintenance interval
time found in the following schedules
by one half (50%).
NOTE
This maintenance schedule is for a
normal duty cycle engine operation.
Severe duty/vocational applications
will need to adjust mileage, kilometer,
hour, or time interval based on the En-
gine Lubrication and Filter Intervals.
NOTE
Due to the design of the crankcase
ventilation module, routine service of
this component is not required.
