The lifting bolts are loose.
The drilled anchor hole is too big.
The concrete is not strong
enough.
Fill the anchor hole with anchor
adhesive or move the automotive
lift and drill new holes with the
correct dimension.
Cast a new floor.
Maintenance
Regularly cleaning of the automotive lift will extend its lifetime. The automotive lift is best
cleaned using some cleaner on a dry cloth. Remember to disconnect the electrical power
before starting this process.
NB: Logbook for the registration of inspection/maintenance work is found at the end of
this user manual.

Hydraulic system
Check the condition of
the automotive lift.
Check that the safety
pawls operate (clearly
hear a ‘clack’ sound).
Check all moving parts
for wear, breakage or
damage.
Check all moving parts

of regular use, the
hydraulic oil should be
changed, Fig. 8.
Check that the columns
lift uniformly.
Check that the contra
nut (3) is securely
tightened. See Fig. 7 on
the next page.
Check that the chains
operate uniformly and
are well lubricated.

pins are OK.
Inspect all of the
hydraulic connections.
Lubricate the roller on
the top of the cylinder
and check that this rolls
evenly.
After one year of use,
clean the entire
hydraulic system.

If necessary, adjust the
columns so they

gaskets may leak. The
gaskets are wearing
parts and must be
replaced if they leak.

disc engages correctly in
the lifting arms.
