parts. Wear footwear that will improve your footing on smooth surfaces.

Use a grounded 3-wired extension cord and outlet for all devices with an electric
starter motor.

Adjust the auger housing height to clear surfaces with gravel or crushed stone.

Disconnect all couplings and switch to neutral before starting the engine.

Never attempt to make any adjustments while the engine is running, except where
specifically recommended in the user manual.

Let the engine and machine adjust to the outdoor temperature before you start
clearing snow.

To avoid personal injury or property damage, handle petrol with extreme care. Petrol
is extremely flammable and the fumes are explosive. Serious injury can occur when
petrol is spilled on yourself or your clothes which can then ignite. Wash your skin and
change your clothes immediately.
a)
Only use approved fuel containers.
b)
Turn off all ignition sources. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
c)
Fill the fuel tank outdoors with extreme caution. Never fill the fuel tank indoors.
d)
Never remove the fuel cap or refuel while the engine is hot or running.
e)
Allow the machine to cool down for at least two minutes before refilling.
f)
Never overfill the fuel tank. Do not fill the tank more than 1.5 cm below the
bottom of the filler neck to allow for fuel expansion.
g)
Refit the petrol cap and tighten securely.
h)
If petrol is spilled, wipe it off the engine and equipment. Move the machine to
another area. Wait 5 minutes before starting the engine.
i)
Never store the machine or fuel container indoors where there are open
flames, sparks or pilot lights (e.g. oven, water heater, space heater, tumble
dryer, etc.)
j)
Allow the machine to cool down for at least five minutes before storage.
k)
If fuel is spilled on your clothes, change them immediately.
