Possible cause
Solution
Insufficient waterpower
Not enough pressure in the
high-pressure cleaner.
Ensure that the high-pressure
cleaner has at least 2,000 psi.
The most effective cleaning is
achieved with a pressure of
2,500–4,000 psi.
Insufficient water supply.
Increase the water supply
and/or clean the high-pressure
cleaner’s water filter. Ensure
that the unit supplies at least 10
l/minute.
The high-pressure rpm is too
low.
Apply more throttle.
Nozzle is blocked or worn.
Clean or replace.
Incorrect nozzle fitted.

Increase the water supply or
ensure that the pressure is at
least 2,000 psi and that at the
flow is at least 10 l/minute.
The nozzle is clogged.
Clean or replace.
Cleaning too fast.
Reduce speed of cleaning.
No suction or poor water
drainage.
Insufficient water supply or the

is too low (suction cannot be

Increase the water supply or
ensure that the pressure is at

flow is at least 10 l/minute.
The suction nozzle is blocked.
