Safety instructions
The ATV may only be used in enclosed areas and well away from public roads.
Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to use the ATV. Children under 16
years of age who use the ATV must be supervised by an adult.
WARNING – Driving an ATV can be hazardous. The user manual cannot cover all
conceivable situations and therefore it is important that you use common sense when
driving the ATV.
•
It is the responsibility of the adult to ensure that the child receives sufficient
instruction in the use of the ATV and ensures that all of the instructions are
understood and followed. It is also the responsibility of the adult to ensure that the
ATV is inspected and maintained, so that it is always in a safe operating condition and
that the safety equipment is used.
•
Never allow children to drive the ATV if they are not old enough to sit comfortably on
the ATV.
•
Never exceed the ATV’s capacity of max. 65 kg.
•
Do not touch the brakes or motor, as these parts can become very hot.
•

Driving the ATV
Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations governing the use of ATV
operation at all times.
Always operate the ATV safely and pay attention to any obstacles that could trap the
wheels or cause the rider to lose control of the vehicle. Carefully avoid pedestrians,
cyclists, animals etc., and respect other people’s property.
•
The ATV is designed for use on private land and must not be driven on public roads,
pavements or footpaths. Never use the ATV in areas where there are pedestrians or
traffic.
•
Do not activate the throttle without sitting in the ATV and not in an area that is
unsuitable to drive on.
•
Never drive the ATV with a passenger.
•
Never drive too close to steps or swimming pools.
•
Keep hands and other body parts away from moving parts.
•
Never attach the ATV to other vehicles.
