Installation and charging
Insertion of battery:
Make sure to turn the scanner off before the battery is taken out. The cover is
unlocked by turning the two locks downward – then take the cover off. When the
cover is put back on, first attach it to the bottom and then press it down towards the
battery and lock it by turning the two locks upwards again.
Charging of battery:
Plug the charger in the power outlet and connect the charger to the scanner DC-plug.
Always unplug the charger by grabbing the plug – never pull the cord, it can damage
the plugs, cords, and the scanner itself. The battery must always be fully charged
before use. The scanner automatically shuts off when the battery is discharged.
Insertion of card:
The card is located under the battery:
Take off the battery cover as described and take the battery out. Make sure that the
card is placed correctly according to the direction indicator.
Make sure to turn the scanner off before the card is inserted respectively removed,
otherwise there is a risk to lose documents or damage the equipment.
Turning the scanner on and off:
Only turn the scanner on and off when the battery is installed. Press the on/off button
until the display is either turned on or off.
Functions:
Demos are available in the menu.
