Configuration of the compactor
The upper section is made up of the engine,
the handle, the belt cover and lifting yoke. The
engine and its components are attached to
the vibrator with shock-absorbing rubber.
The bottom section is made up of the base
plate and vibrator which has a built-in
eccentric rotation shaft. Power is transferred
from the engine’s centrifugal coupling to the
rotating shaft via the drive belt.
Function
The engine is switched on and off using the switch on the engine below the fuel tank.
Engine speed (rpm) is controlled by the throttle setting on the handlebar.
It is possible to adjust the drive belt’s tensioning: Loosen the four nuts and bolts
attaching the engine to the base plate. Adjust the adjusting screws placed in the
crankcase to tension the drive belt as required. Make sure to retighten the four
adjusting screws and nuts after adjusting the belt.
