Commissioning – drawbar/handle
The drawbar with the pump handle must be assembled according to the following
instructions.
1. Main machine with pump unit
2. Drawbar with pump handle
14. Screws
Before assembly, check that the following parts are
included in the delivery and are not damaged:
1 pc drawbar with pump handle (2).
3 pcs screws (14) –
fixed to the main machine where
the drawbar is to be mounted.
1 pc fully assembled main machine with pump unit (1).
NOTE: The number on the drawbar must be the same as the number on the machine.
Tip: It is best to squat in front of the machine when fitting the drawbar.
a)
Remove the three screws (14) from the machine.
b)
Take the drawbar in the right direction and insert the chain through the hole on the
shaft (15).
c)
Attach the drawbar to the machine with the three screws (14).
d)
Set the control grip on the handle to the 'LIFT' position, then lift the handle with a
screwdriver and insert the adjustment bolt into the front slot of the grip. NOTE: Hold
the adjustment nut under the grip.
The drawbar with the pump handle is now mounted on the pump.
Inspect the equipment according to the procedure described in the section "Daily
inspection" and check that the equipment is functioning as intended.
