Safety
Be sure to read and understand the manual and get to know the equipment,
its functions and its applications. Proper maintenance will ensure longevity
and best performance.

In general
WARNING
Personal protective equipment is required
•
Wear a helmet, safety goggles, safety footwear and other protective equipment
according to the working conditions.
•
Avoid jewellery and loose clothing that can get caught in the moving parts and cause
serious injury.
•
Always wear suitable work clothes, hearing protection and non-slip safety footwear
when operating this machine.
•
When used in a dusty environment, also wear a dust mask and safety goggles.
Starting the machine
WARNING
Toxic fumes. Only start and use the machine in a well-ventilated area. Inhalation of
the vapours may cause illness or death.
Maintenance
WARNING
•
Flammable liquid. Stop the engine and do not smoke when refuelling. Fire or explosion
may occur.
•
Moving parts. Switch off the engine before servicing or maintaining. Contact with the
moving parts can result in serious personal injury.
