B: Tube – frame - assembly
The arches are assembled first. Start with assembling the roof bent joints (part no. 1)
with the straight roof extensions (part no. 2) and lastly, the vertical legs (part no. 3).
Next, fit the bolts M10 x 90 (part no. 15).
Make sure that the bolt heads are out
against the tent tarpaulin and not the nuts.
Now raise the arch up and fit it on one post support. Once it is fitted on one side, align
the other leg. Secure the arch so that it cannot tip over and then securely tighten to
the post support.
NB: The arches will be wider than the post supports’ positioning.
Once you have raised the first two arches, fit the horizontal crossbars (part no. 4).
Securely tighten these using the M12 x 100 bolts (part no. 13). Next, raise the third
arch and loosely tighten to the post supports and then fit the crossbars. The next
arches are raised in the same way. Lastly, fit the braces in the ends.
See Fig. 1 for how to fit the angles (part no. 12) that connect the side braces (part no.
10) with the gable ends, and the gable end braces that hold the roof braces (part no.
9) with the M10 x 30 bolts (part no. 14).
Now fit the stabilising wires (part no. 26) between the sidewalls’ vertical posts. Adjust
the lengths.
