servicenumbershown.Pleasenotethefollowingtermsunderwhich
guaranteeclaimscanbemade:
1.Thesewarrantytermsregulateadditionalwarrantyservices,whichthe
manufacturermentionedbelowpromisestobuyersofitsnewproducts
inadditiontotheirstatutoryguaranteeclaimsarenotaffectedbythis
guarantee.Ourguaranteeisfreeofchargetoyou.
2.Thewarrantyservicesonlycoversdefectsduetomaterialor
manufacturingfaultsonaproductwhichyouhaveboughtfromthe
manufacturermentionedbelowarelimitedtoeithertherectificationofsaid
defectsontheproductorthereplacementoftheproduct,whicheverwe
prefer.
Pleasenotethatourdevicesarenotdesignedforuseincommercial,trade
orprofessionalapplications.Aguaranteecontractwillnotbecreatedifthe
devicehasbeenusedbycommercial,tradeorindustrialbusinessorhas
beenexposedtosimilarstressesduringtheguaranteeperiod.
3.Thefollowingarenotcoveredbyourguarantee:
-Damagetothedevicecausedbyafailuretofollowtheassembly
instructionsorduetoincorrectinstallation,afailuretofollowtheoperating
instructions(forexampleconnectingittoanincorrectmainsvoltageor
currenttype)orafailuretofollowthemaintenanceandsafetyinstructions
orbyexposingthedevicetoabnormalenvironmentalconditionsorbylack
ofcareandmaintenance.
-Damagetothedevicecausedbyabuseorincorrectuse(forexample
overloadingthedeviceortheuseorunapprovedtoolsoraccessories),
ingressofforeignbodiesintothedevice(suchassand,stonesordust,
transportdamage),theuseofforceordamagecausedbyexternalforces
(forexamplebydroppingit).
-Damagetothedeviceorpartsofthedevicecausedbynormalornatural
wearortearorbynormaluseofthedevice.
4.YourProductisguaranteedforaperiodof36monthsfromtheoriginal
dateofpurchaseandisintendedforDIY(DoItYourself)useonly.Lithium
Ionbatteriesandchargersarecoveredbya12monthwarranty.Warranty
excludesconsumableparts.Guaranteeclaimsshouldbesubmitted
beforetheendoftheguaranteeperiodwithintwoweeksofthedefect
beingnoticed.Noguaranteeclaimswillbeacceptedaftertheendofthe
guaranteeperiod.Theoriginalguaranteeperiodremainsapplicabletothe
deviceevenifrepairsarecarriedoutorpartsarereplaced.Insuchcases,
theworkperformedorpartsfittedwillnotresultinanextensionofthe
guaranteeperiod,andnonewguaranteewillbecomeactiveforthework
performedorpartsfitted.Thisalsoappliesifanon-siteserviceisused.
INORDERTOMAKEACLAIMUNDERTHISWARRANTYYOUMUST
RETURNTHEPRODUCTTOTHEPLACEOFPURCHASEWITHYOUR
REGISTERRECEIPT.
